Being hospitable to all through caring, listening, and kindness. Reflect a welcoming spirit to everyone encountered in business and beyond. (Hebrews 13:2)

To value obedience in all things and recognizing it is better than sacrifice. Success is measured by more than outcomes but also measured by how we accomplish them. (1 Samuel 15:22)

Give freely and abundantly through tithes, offerings, time & talents. Trusting that generosity creates opportunity and multiplies blessing. We are not driven by scarcity, but by faith that giving leads to true gain. (Proverbs 11:24)

Have a "no compromise" attitude. In a world of gray, it may not matter which way we choose because no on cares or it is not unlawful. Let us be reminded that everything matters in shaping our character. Do not sacrifice character for convenience.  (Proverbs 10:9, 11:3)

Pursue excellence in everything, offer our best work always. Diligence, follow-through, attention to detail, and wholehearted effort reflecting respect of others and what we have been entrusted with from above. (Colossians 3-23-24)
